Ingredients: 375ml lactose free milk
½ heaped cup blueberries
1 medium firm sugar (lady finger) banana
½ cup Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
To make this recipe dairy free, use soy alternatives made from soy protein (not soybean) for the milk and yoghurt
