Low FODMAP Banana & Strawberry Smoothie

Makes 2 Smoothies

Dairy Free & Low Food Chemical Options Available

Ingredients: 250ml lactose free milk 200g tub lactose free probiotic yoghurt 1 medium unripe banana 5 medium strawberries

*OPTIONAL: For extra fibre, you can also add 1 tbsp chia seeds.


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.

  2. Serve & Enjoy!


  1. To make this recipe dairy free, use soy alternatives made from soy protein (not soybean) for the milk and yoghurt.
