Low FODMAP Peanut Butter Orange Smoothie

Makes 2 Smoothies

Low FODMAP⁠

Vegetarian

Dairy Free⁠ Option Available


Ingredients: 250ml lactose free milk

4 oranges, peeled

1 medium firm banana

2 tbsp peanut butter

½ tsp vanilla extract


Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.

  2. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  1. To make this recipe dairy free, use soy alternatives made from soy protein (not soybean) for the milk and yoghurt
