Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Delish Balls

Makes 25 Delish Balls

Ingredients: 1½ cup rolled oats⁠

1 cup natural peanut butter⁠

¼ cup maple syrup⁠

¼ cup cocoa powder⁠

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips⁠

1 tbsp flaxseeds⁠

1 tbsp chia seeds⁠


Method:

  1. Stir oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips, flaxseeds and chia seeds in a large bowl until evenly mixed.⁠

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.⁠

  3. Using your hands, roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls.⁠

Tips:

  1. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.⁠
