Ingredients: 375ml lactose free milk 1½ packed cups baby spinach 1 medium sugar (lady finger) banana 2 kiwi fruit ¼ whole avocado 1 small cucumber ½ tbsp ground flaxseeds


Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes or until well combined.

  2. Serve and enjoy!

Tips:

  1. When choosing dairy free milk alternatives like almond, rice or soy make sure these have extra calcium added.

  2. If you are choosing soy alternatives make sure these are made from soy protein (not soybean).
